Return Policy + Guarantee

Please note that these policies are for our customers. If a loved one has purchases an arrangement for you they have received a photo prior to the flowers being delivered and they have received a photo of the delivered product. If the product was left at your door we were clear with the sender that the flowers will go out on routes. They denied providing us with a phone number because they didn't want to ruin your surprise and they have instructed that we leave the flowers at your door, knowing that we advised of everything that could go wrong with this. We will replace your purchase or give you a store credit. REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVING IF THE PRODUCT IS RETURNED TO OUR STORE. WE WILL NOT PICK UP THE PRODUCT AS WE PAY FOR A DELIVERY SERVICE AND IT WILL REQUIRE AN EXTRA FEE. WE WILL EXCHANGE A PRODUCT BY SENDING A NEW ARRANGEMENT AND PICKING UP THE ARRANGEMENT YOU WERE UNSATISFIED WITH. 

In order to receive a replacement, store credit or refund these requirements must be met. 

1. Return the product

2. You have properly watered flowers or plants

3. Notify us with the problem within the guaranteed time shown below

Guaranteed Period:

  • Featured arrangements, bunches and stems are guaranteed to last seven days from the time of purchase or delivery as long as they are kept in fresh clean water and the care instructions are followed. 
  • Roses and some specially marked flowers are guaranteed for five days
  • A few fragile flowers such as tulips, daffodils, iris, dahlias, cut orchid stems (and custom arrangements which these flowers have been requested by the customer) are guaranteed for three days. You can clean the water, remove the specialty flowers and keep the other flowers in the arrangement for the guaranteed time above. 
  • Non perishable products are guaranteed for 30 days. 
  • Plants are guaranteed for 30 days. Please follow the care instructions or call us for questions on your plant. Plants can live for a lifetime but we only guaranteed for 30 days because we are not sure how others will care for their plant. If they are watered properly if they are provided with proper sunlight. 

Privacy Policy:

We respect and are committed to your privacy. We may collect personal information when you order from our store or our site. We also receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your ip address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone. 

Security Policy:

Your payment and personal information is safe. We have software which secure payments. You payment forms are never saved unless you request it. All your personal information is encrypted.
