Delivery Info

Delivery Fees, & Hours of operations: 

Our regular delivery fee is $14.95 for all orders under $100. All orders over $100 delivery is included

  • Our same day delivery cutoff is 2:00 p.m.
  • Our delivery hours are between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
  • Office deliveries can't be guaranteed for the same day if ordered in the afternoon as our deliveries are routed. In order to pull a driver from route to make a single delivery the delivery will be $20.00 for rush delivery
  • It is your responsibility to ensure the recipient will be at home or in their office during your requested date and/or time. **Our deliveries are done by route our drivers are instructed to leave the flowers at the door and take a picture** We are not responsible for stolen items. We are not responsible for damaged items left at door. If you choose to not have the flowers left at the door and the recipient is not home a redelivery will require an extra delivery fee or your or the recipient can pickup from our store. 
  • Gate Codes: It is your responsibility to ensure that we are provided with the correct gate code for our driver to enter, or the correct last name on the call box, or our store's name is given to the security at the gate. We will not reattempt delivery if our driver is not able to enter the gate unless you pay an extra delivery fee. Our drivers are instructed to bring the product back. Please understand it is unfair for other customers, who followed all instructions and ensured their delivery will be received to receive a late delivery because our driver was delayed for this reason they will not return to said location without completing their route and receiving an extra delivery fee. You are welcomed to have the recipient pick up the arrangement or you are welcomed to pick it up and take it to the recipient. Thank you for understanding. 
  • We have learned through previous deliveries which areas are difficult to get to, require the driver to walk around malls, markets or downtown areas. These deliveries will automatically require an extra fee.
